Dad is one of my dearest, oldest, best friends. There’s nothing better than doing what I do for families I really love. Maggie and Josh’s twin girls just turned ONE!!! We spent some time hanging out at my favorite little park with all four of their kiddos to celebrate.
Meet Avery & Rosie. I’ve photographed Avery three times over the past three years, but the first time I got to capture her sweet baby sister Rosie.
2013 is an amazing year and I’m so excited about what’s to come in ’14. With excited anticipation, we are offering a major incentive on 2014 portrait sessions booked before December 13 (Friday the 13th); a $100 print credit with any downtown Hollywood mini session. If you missed the opportunity for your “holiday portraits” what better way to ring in the new year, commissioned portrait art of your absolutely favorite people.
Happy December!! We are in the thick of the holiday crazies. The studio is currently closed for new clients until 2014, but we are running around getting tons of holiday goodies out to our amazing faithful 2013 clients, family, and friends.
Meet Lily and Nathan. I definitely have a thing for twins and these two didn’t disappoint.
We are currently taking portrait commissions for 2014. Call the studio or shoot me an email for more information.
Each new baby is a journey. The journey this family went on for their third baby is one for the record books. Meet baby Quinn, a gorgeous boy with the best two sisters a little brother could ask for. I don’t know who’s luckier, baby Quinn or his wonderful family.
These sisters have grown so much since I last saw them a year ago. I spent some time running around on the beach with them on a Sunday morning. Sabrina and Jayde are full of personality and super adorable.
Stay tuned for some studio news after Thanksgiving!!
It was so nice to catch up with these guys since we photographed around this time last year. We spent some time together during our mini session in downtown Hollywood.
I am currently scheduling appointments for 2014. You may have missed the Holiday deadline, but there’s nothing like custom Valentines Day cards!
Meet Ashley and Lucas, we were actually neighbors in our old neighborhood “out west”. Glad Mom and Dad met us on “the east side” at the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk for some fun family beach time.
Working with me for your commissioned portraits is an experience that is unlike what you may have experienced in the past with other photographers. I am a portrait artist. My vision goes beyond what I see in the viewfinder of my camera to what the actual look and feel will be of that final tangible product that I place in your hands, as well as to how and where it is enjoyed. It’s a collaborative process as I, along with input from my client, design the final art piece that you will enjoy. After you receive your password protected online gallery, we make an appointment to meet again either in your home or at my Downtown Hollywood studio. It’s at this time that you get to touch and feel studio samples, view your portraits, sit side by side with me to design the final art piece, and lastly place your portrait order.
This family wanted to do something amazing. Mom wanted a single large statement piece that would contain multiple images, framed/mounted clean and modern. Introducing the acrylic standout mount. The print is mounted between a 3mm piece of plexiglass and a 3mm aluminum composite backing. It comes ready to hang and it appears to be floating due to a strong 1in aluminum subframe. We decided on the “Signature 16” portrait collage, sized 30×30, and mounted on the Acrylic Standout Mount. It truly is a piece of fine art.
I LOVE prints mounted on Acrylic. You really need to see them in person to truly appreciate their scope and beauty. Make an appointment or come by the studio to touch and feel for yourself.
Meet Zara and Zane. This adorable brother and sister played with me one morning at one of my favorite new locations in east Hollywood. Their gorgeous mama is expecting baby #3 in the next few weeks. I wonder if they’ll keep with the “Z” name trend.
This weekend marks the last chance for commissioned portraits in 2013. I just happen to have one spot available on both Saturday and Sunday.
Meet Grace and Gabriel. When I spoke to mom prior to the session she said that she told the kids they could wear their Halloween costumes for the end of the session if they followed directions. I was thrilled!! There’s nothing like a little Wonder Woman and Darth Vader to spice up a portrait session.
